After reviewing your responses, we’ll reach out to recommend the best next step — whether that’s a consultation or moving directly into a design service.
• In-person consultations are offered at a flat fee of $200
• Virtual consultations are included with select design-only and eDesign services
Pricing & Proposals
Casual Casita primarily works on a flat-fee, per-project basis. All design packages are customized to the scope of your project and presented clearly in a detailed proposal following the initial consultation.
Designer for a Day is offered as a standalone, session-based service and is separate from our flat-fee design packages.

From concept to completion, we manage every step: design concepts, planning, sourcing, coordination, installation, and styling. Ideal for new builds, remodels, or refreshes, our Full-Service Turnkey Design delivers cohesive, elevated results with expert guidance from planning through move-in.
We handle design development tailored to your lifestyle, space planning, furniture layouts, and selections for furniture, lighting, décor, materials, and finishes. You receive design boards and presentations with one to two revision rounds. We manage sourcing, procurement, vendor coordination, order tracking, deliveries, site visits, and on-site meetings as needed.
We complete the project with furniture delivery, installation, and styling for an intentional, polished, and livable home. This boutique, concierge service ensures a seamless, stress-free process and a beautifully finished space.

Perfect for clients who want expert design help without full-service assistance, our Design-Only options are tailored to your space. From E-Design to Single Room Design, we focus on concept, layout, and styling but do not handle ordering or installation.
The Mini Room Refresh Design Package gives a clear, usable plan you can execute yourself or with your contractor. It’s best for finished rooms needing a refresh, new furniture layout, or upgraded styling.
You’ll get 1–2 design concepts, a floor plan and furniture layout, a mood board with color palette, a basic lighting idea, and a shoppable sourcing list. Also includes a PDF design packet, access to your personal Design Files account, and one round of revisions—everything to implement the design on your schedule.
This package includes a virtual consultation and does not require an in-person visit.
For eDesign projects, all collaboration is completed virtually.

Ideal for clients who want confident design decisions, styling support, or purchasing guidance in one focused session. I can come to your home, meet you at a showroom to help with selections, etc..
Designer for a Day is offered as a focused, session-based service. Sessions begin at $500 for a 3-hour minimum, with additional time billed separately if extended beyond the initial session.
Designer for a Day does not require a separate consultation. Scope and fit are confirmed via phone or email prior to scheduling.
